Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client queries related to EPF and NPS processes, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and compliant responses to client inquiries.
  • Clarify procedures for registrations, transfers, withdrawals, claims, and grievances.
  • Guide clients on EPF and NPS statutory requirements and best practices.
  • Assist in explaining relevant government notifications, amendments, and policy changes.
  • Advise on timely filings and ensure clients are aware of regulatory deadlines.
  • Liaise with EPFO, CRA, and NSDL/Protean on behalf of clients to resolve escalated issues.
  • Facilitate client access to EPFO and NPS portals for account management and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client HR and payroll teams.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to address recurring issues and enhance client understanding.

Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of EPF & NPS rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with EPFO, NPS (CRA/NSDL) portals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple client queries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRMS tools.

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or statutory compliance, preferably in a client-servicing role.
  • Experience in handling EPF and NPS processes for multiple clients is an advantage.
