Payroll, Compliance & HR Ops

• Manage monthly payroll, variable payouts, reimbursements, and bonuses
• Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documents
• Ensure timely filings of PF, ESIC, PT, and any applicable statutory obligations
• Liaise with vendors for HR tech, insurance, or legal compliance as needed
• Preferably someone with Exp in Keka

• Youre a Great Fit If You:Have 35 years of HR experience
• Are equally comfortable with strategy and execution from policy design to interview coordination
• Understand the nuances of small team dynamics and can operate with empathy, speed, and discretion
