  • Total Years of Role Specific Experience 2 to 5 years of payroll Experience Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Process support: - Payroll Expert: Handle payroll processes, systems, and compliance with laws. - Excel Skills: Use tools like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros to check payroll data. - Reconciliation: Match payroll with timekeeping, benefits, and accounting records. - Compliance: Follow all payroll rules from IRS, CRA, and local authorities. - Team Support: Answer process questions and employee queries - Process Execution: Run payroll tasks accurately and on time. - Documentation: Keep process documents updated and ensure controls are in place. - Problem Solving: Investigate issues, find root causes, and suggest fixes. - Improvements: Recommend ways to save time, improve accuracy, or add controls. - Knowledge Sharing: Help with training and learning new client processes. - Project Planning: Create realistic plans and timelines for tasks. - Quality Focus: Ensure clear communication and high-quality work. - Performance Tracking: Understand and improve process metrics. Team support: 1. Plan proper allocation of work. 2. Support Team lead / Manager with Daily stats / reporting and MOS. 3. Enrich team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each others responsibilities. 4. To be available on the floor through the day to resolve process related issues. 5. Participate in Team building activities. 6. Create effective QC and Audit mechanism within process to ensure delivery on SLA's. 7. Assist in training/educating HRO personnel on learning and acquired skills in process., Any Graduation
