We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing for our organization in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records.
Responsibilities
- Manage the payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments to employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and taxation.
- Oversee the calculation and processing of employee compensation, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management as required.
- Work closely with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Implement and improve payroll procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in payroll processing and management.
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
