Senior Manager Payroll (Delivery Assurance) - Managed Services

Role Summary
- Ensure delivery assurance for payroll managed services delivered by partners
- Drive accurate and timely payroll and reporting as per customer processes and SLAs
- Manage customer governance, check-ins, and escalations
- Oversee SOP adherence and service quality across accounts
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Assurance & Operations
- Monitor partner-delivered payroll services for accuracy and timeliness
- Validate payroll outputs, controls, and variance analysis
- Ensure adherence to customer calendars and service SLAs
Customer & Escalation Management
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and service reviews
- Act as escalation owner for complex delivery issues
- Coordinate resolution across internal teams and partners
Process Governance & SOPs
- Set up and monitor standard and customer-specific SOPs
- Ensure compliance with statutory and operational controls
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness
Team & Partner Management
- Manage and guide delivery assurance team members
- Work closely with partner teams to drive performance and accountability
- Track KPIs and implement corrective actions
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of payroll experience with strong hands-on process knowledge
- Experience in managed services / service delivery / vendor governance
- Expertise in payroll validations, controls, and variance analysis
