Job Summary
Innovatiview.com is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Payroll Management Executive with a full-time MBA background and hands-on experience with HRMS tools. The role will be responsible for complete payroll management, accurate data and sheet handling, strict data privacy, statutory compliance, and payroll-related taxation, ensuring seamless and compliant payroll operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing with complete accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and final settlements.
- Handle payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries effectively.
HRMS & Sheet Management
- Operate and manage HRMS tools for payroll, attendance, and employee data.
- Maintain and audit payroll sheets, attendance records, and compensation data.
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Data Privacy & Security
- Ensure confidentiality and protection of employee payroll and personal data.
- Enforce data privacy standards and internal information security policies.
- Manage secure access and storage of payroll records.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and labor laws.
- Prepare, file, and track statutory returns within defined timelines.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.
Tax Management
- Manage payroll taxation including TDS computation, deductions, and remittances.
- Ensure timely filing of TDS returns and issuance of Form 16.
- Support employees with tax-related clarifications and documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (HR / Finance / Operations preferred).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (such as Darwinbox, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and taxation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
