Job Description

  • Prepares payroll by calculating pay and maintaining payroll records
  • Calculation of Income Tax dues of the employees on a monthly basis
  • Maintains human resources records for all the employees by maintaining records like new joinees details, leave records, attendance records, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, employee status
  • Prepare the salary structure and recording the salary details for salary processing
  • Preparing payment report Bank Upload (Salary upload format).
