Payroll Executive

• Location -Mumbai
• Qualification - Graduate & Above
• Preferred Industry - Recruitment/Staffing - Payroll/Operation
• Experience - 4 - 6 years in Payroll (Recruitment/Staffing preferred)

Job Role & Responsibility -

• Individually handle the outsourced payroll processing of approximately 1500 employees.
• Process monthly payroll for employees, including salary, incentives, overtime, and deductions
• Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave records, and employee data before payroll processing
• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Welfare Fund
• Prepare and submit statutory returns within prescribed timelines
• Maintain payroll records and employee salary data securely
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for employee data updates and reconciliations
• Manage full & final settlements of exiting employees
• Address employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions
• Generate payroll reports such as salary sheets, bank transfer statements, and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws

Functional Skills:

• Excellent Knowledge of Indian Payroll processing software
• Excellent Knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Basic Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/PT/MLWF/Bonus / Gratuity/ Forms)
• Good at handling queries of the associates
