About Our opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in India payroll, FNF settlements, employee taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, SOX awareness, SuccessFactors proficiency, and hands-on audit exposure. Work Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and FNF settlements accurately and within defined timelines
- Manage TDS computations, investment proof validation, Form 16 issuance, and Form 24Q filing
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements — PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus Act
- Maintain SOX-compliant payroll processes with proper documentation, audit trails, and segregation of duties
- Support internal and external audits; respond to queries and ensure timely closure of observations
- Process variable payments including STV, LTV, and Impact Awards etc.
- Generate payroll MIS reports and provide variance analysis for leadership
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strond understanding of India payroll, FNF, and taxation knowledge, SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in India Payroll, FNF & Taxation, with exposure to a headcount of at least 3,000 to 4,000 employees.
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, HR, or Finance
Industry: Corporate / IT / ITES / Manufacturing / Financial Services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SOX-compliant payroll environments.
- Prior experience handling variable pay — STV, LTV, and incentive awards.
- Familiarity with Old vs. New Tax Regime etc
