Responsibilities

• Processing payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Resolving any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
• Preparing and distributing payroll reports as needed
• Assisting with year-end payroll processing and reporting
• Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in India
• Experience with payroll software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
