Role & responsibilities

Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS regulations, including filings and returns.

Handle TDS calculations, validate investment proofs, and distribute Form-16.

Generate payroll reports and provide insights to management.

Verify employee data, coordinate with departments, and resolve discrepancies.

Manage Full & Final settlements for employees.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.

Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in payroll software and knowledge of labor laws.

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
