Key Responsibilities
Processing payroll for 500 employees in the organization, ensuring accuracy for time & data Maintaining payroll processing systems and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Verifying the accuracy of payroll with accounts department
Preparing reports for Dashboard purpose
Ensuring complete knowledge for compliance like PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, TAX.
Facilitating audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Preparing calculations for increments & uploading on HRMS
Hands on experience on HRMS software
Filing & Reconciliation of ESIC, PF, LWF, PT
Registration of UAN & IP details for statutory compliance of employees
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree / PGDM in HRM
- 5-6 Years exp
- Professionalism, Dedication
- Good with Excel, MS Office, Analytical skills
Working Days And Time
Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from office )
Saturday 09.00 am to 02.00 pm (Work from Home)
