Position : Payroll and Compliance Manager
Location : Navi Mumbai (Koparkhairane)
Experience : 4+ Years
Salary : Up to 10.00 LPA
Qualificatuon : Graduation ( BBA/BMS with Human Resources Specialization Prefered)
Travel requirements on need basis to Customer sites for Statutory Audits and customer inspection of HR compliances
Job description :-
- Payroll of about 800+ people as per Labour Law Changer
- Set up Payroll on site basis, setting process automation of payroll and compliances
- Registration of new/old workers/staff on all Statutory portals like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other state wise and customer wise applicable compliances
- Preparation of Payroll sheets, Attendance monitoring, and other payroll related Activities
- Supporting documentation and follow-up with Statutory Compliance consultants for solutions on observation points raised by client/PMC etc.
- Communicate/co-ordinate with site team for statutory compliance documentation
- Report and provide MIS to HR head on timely basis
- Co-ordinate with new employees for joining, Appointment letter, on-boarding with required resources. Co-ordinate internally for getting resources made available within timeframe
- Co-ordinate with Various Vendors
- Audit documentation preparation & attend at Client places

Desired Candidate Profile:-
- 4-6 years of experience in Payroll & Compliance role with expertise in Payroll Management (PF, ESIC), Leave Management, Salary Processing.
- Strong understanding of Indian Payroll regulations and ability to stay updated on changes in labor laws.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Diploma/External Courses related to PF, ESIC and other Labour law and compliances preferred
- Taking care of Factory License / Labour License
- All Kind of returns Like Annual, Posh, Maternity, etc.
