What You'll Do
- Support in payroll operations for multiple countries within APAC & EMEA regions.
- Collaboration with HR, Finance and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies & improve payroll operations.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule. Maintain and update payroll records properly from audit perspective.
- Ensure correctness of the processed data by the payroll provider.
- Support in preparing payments to the employees and authorities.
- Provide input to Financial Shared Service Center on payroll related matters.
- Provide the required support during external and internal audits.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must stay updated on tax and other payroll related law changes to avoid penalties.
- Support projects related to expansion like taking over new countries.
- Handling employee queries.
What You'll Need
- 1 -3 year of experience in processing payroll
- Degree in Finance / HR
- Experience with APAC & EMEA payroll processing
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- English should be fluent.
- Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- SAP / S4 HANA Experience
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Ability to be flexible in a fast paced, deadline focused environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
