Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Location: Gurugram,Haryana

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing support to the payroll department. This role requires a thorough understanding of payroll processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Inbox

  • Manage and respond to payroll-related inquiries and issues, providing limited support to team members.

Apprenticeship Levy

  • Strong knowledge of Excel in order to run weekly report and disseminate findings to the finance team.

Bfwd Cfwd

  • Strong knowledge of Excel in order to run weekly report and disseminate findings to the finance team.

NIER by Team

  • Strong knowledge of Excel in order to run weekly report and disseminate findings to the finance team.

Payslip Deduction

  • Strong knowledge of Excel in order to run weekly report and disseminate findings to the finance team.

Payroll Control

  • Strong knowledge of Excel in order to run weekly report and disseminate findings to the finance team.

Stage 1 4 Accrual

  • Strong knowledge of Excel in order to run weekly report and disseminate findings to the finance team.

Prelist

  • Prepare and review prelist reports for payroll processing. Then distribute the errors to appropriate team for correction.

Run Payslips

  • Generate and distribute payslips to candidates.

Run Self Bills

  • Process and generate self-billing invoices to Umbrella companies.

Run Invoices

  • Create and manage payroll-related invoices to clients.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems.
  • Familiarity with current payroll laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
