Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Payment Processing Specialist at 1GEN. The primary responsibilities include processing financial transactions, reconciling payments, monitoring electronic payment activity, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational guidelines. The Payment Processing Specialist will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and ensuring smooth financial transactions. The role also involves troubleshooting payment discrepancies, assisting with financial reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize payment processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UPI payment processing, financial reconciliation, and understanding of accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle payment discrepancies
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in transaction records
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with internal teams
• Tech-savviness with experience in payment platforms, financial software, and spreadsheets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in payment processing or financial operations is preferred
