Payment Business analyst

BA + Payments:

• Experience in payment investigations which typically refers to the analysis and resolution of failed, delayed, or mismatched transactions.
• This includes -Tracing SWIFT messages (MT103, MT202, MT202COV, PACS.008, PACS.009, CAMT.054).
• Handling exceptions in real-time payments (RTP) and cross-border fund transfers.
• Working with CBPR+ (Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus) and ISO 20022 standards for message validation and reconciliation.
• Experience in E&I (Exceptions & Investigations) which refers to specialized function within payment operations that focuses on:
• Identifying discrepancies in payment flows.
• Resolving mismatches between expected and actual transaction outcomes.
• Communicating with banks and clients to resolve issues.
• Understanding of RTP payment processes
