About the Role
Airtel Finance, under Airtel Digital Limited, is building new age digital financial products for 350Mn+ Airtel customers — spanning personal loans, co-branded credit cards, UPI, and bill payments (BBPS). We are looking for someone who thrives in a zero-to-one environment, takes end-to-end ownership, and moves fast. As a Growth Manager, you will:
· Own business numbers for assigned products end-to-end — full accountability for outcomes, not just execution
· Manage and scale campaigns across Thanks App, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications
· Drive top of funnel growth and convert it into measurable business impact
· Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, analytics, and brand to optimize channel efficiency
· Devise strategies to cross-market credit cards, personal loans, UPI, and BBPS to the same user base
· Monitor channel performance daily and proactively act on drops and opportunities
· Bring your own ideas — growth hacks and experiments are expected, not just welcome
What we're looking for:
· 2–5 years in growth, campaign management, or a high-ownership marketing role
· Prior experience in FinTech, digital payments, or financial services — familiarity with credit funnels, UPI transaction flows, or bill payment ecosystems is a strong plus
· Hands-on experience running mobile campaigns at scale with a clear sense of what good looks like
· Strong comfort with numbers — funnels, cohorts, daily metrics
· Proficiency in MS Excel
· Startup mindset — you write the playbook, you don't wait for one
· Bachelor's degree in any domain
