Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Pay Per Call Operations Executive to manage end-to-end campaign operations, client servicing, and publisher management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tracking platforms like Ringba or similar PPC tools and a strong understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute Pay Per Call campaigns across multiple verticals (Insurance, Finance, Home Services, etc.)
  • Handle end-to-end campaign operations including setup, optimization, monitoring, and scaling
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery
  • Build and manage relationships with publishers/affiliates, ensuring quality traffic and performance
  • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as call quality, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Work closely with internal teams (media buying, tech, and analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate reporting on platforms like Ringba / Everflow / HasOffers
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Ensure campaigns are compliant with client guidelines and industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Pay Per Call / Affiliate Marketing
  • Working knowledge of Ringba or similar call tracking platforms
  • Strong understanding of publisher management and client servicing
  • Familiarity with CPL, CPA, and Pay Per Call models
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in US market campaigns
  • Knowledge of verticals like Insurance, Medicare, ACA, Debt, or Home Services
  • Exposure to traffic sources like Google, Facebook, Native, or Email
