Job Title: Patient Relationship Executive (PRE)

Role Overview
1. Handling patient queries and basic grievances
2. Coordinating follow-ups for diagnostics, pharmacy, and consultations
3. Ensuring patients clearly understand their doctor's prescription
4. Supporting conversion of prescribed services into in-house revenue (ethically and transparently)
5. This is a frontline patient-facing role requiring strong communication and follow-up discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as first contact point for patient concerns
2. Log complaints in grievance tracker
3. Coordinate with billing, nursing, pharmacy, or doctors for resolution
4. Ensure closure within defined TAT
5. Escalate serious issues
6. Review doctor prescriptions daily
7. Call patients to Schedule recommended lab tests, Book follow-up consultations, Confirm medicine, Clarify discharge advice
8. Guide patients about In-house diagnostics, Pharmacy availability, Health packages
9. Collect patient feedback post-visit
Required Qualifications
1. Graduate (Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory)
2. 13 years experience in hospital front desk / patient coordination
3. Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
Key Skills

3. Basic understanding of hospital workflow
4. Comfort working with doctors and operations team
