Role Purpose:

To manage the front office/reception in the hospital and to effectively represent the hospital as the first point of contact with existing and potential customers (patients) of the hospital in a manner that is consistent with organisation guidelines and values. Thereafter, manage the relationship with patients and bystanders, through the patient engagement cycle (consultation-medical management-post medical management) as well as other relevant agencies- insurance TPAs/Companies, other external service providers. Smoothly coordinate Be the interface between the patient(s), the medical team, Pharmacy & Billing Executive, and Administration Executive

Responsibilities:

Financial Excellence

  • Drive repeat consultations and follow-ups by ensuring smooth patient communication, reminders, and relationship management.

Stakeholder Excellence

  • Enhance patient satisfaction through excellent front-office service, reflected in the number and quality of positive patient comments received.

Operational / Clinical Excellence

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and error-free entries in systems like AVT, PP1, NetSuite, and DocPulse.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of documentation, including PP1, AVT, IPT & OPT registers, admission and discharge slips, and other mandated registers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proper application of AAC/PAC, PRE, CQI, IMS standards, and relevant NABH/TCC competency chapters.

Team Excellence

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and receive positive peer feedback on reliability, contribution, and team spirit.

Self Development

  • Complete all mandatory training programs as per the learning calendar, ensuring ongoing skill enhancement and compliance readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; healthcare-related qualifications preferred
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hospital systems like NetSuite, DocPulse, and basic healthcare documentation
  • Knowledge of NABH/TCC standards is a plus
