The Patient Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and hospital departments. Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic tests.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless patient flow.

Follow up with patients regarding reports, appointments, and feedback.

Assist patients with queries and provide necessary guidance within the hospital premises.

Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in hospital systems.
