About the Role
We're looking for a Calling / Appointment Booking Executive to speak with patient leads, book clinic appointments, and ensure patients actually visit the clinic as scheduled. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in IVF / fertility clinics or healthcare calling.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Call assigned leads daily and understand patient requirements with empathy and clarity
- Book appointments for consultation/visit and share required details (location, timing, doctor, documents)
- Confirm appointments via call/WhatsApp and handle reschedules smoothly
- Ensure high show-up rate by timely follow-ups and reminders (same day / day-before)
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM/Excel: lead status, remarks, appointment date/time, follow-up tasks
- Handle basic objections and guide patients on the next steps (reports to carry, estimated timelines, process)
- Coordinate with front desk / clinic team to ensure seamless patient experience
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, bookings, and visits
Requirements
- Preferably 13 years experience in IVF clinic / fertility / hospital / healthcare telecalling
- Strong spoken communication in English + Kannada + Hindi (mandatory)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-up discipline
- Good listening skills, patient handling, and polite persuasion
- Basic computer skills: WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM (preferred)
