Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule patient appointments, confirm attendance, and manage follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care.
- Collect and maintain accurate patient records, including personal information, medical history, and insurance details.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, medications, and any necessary follow-up care.
- Coordinate communication between multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during their healthcare journey.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Participate in patient education initiatives and outreach programs to promote health literacy and wellness
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing inquiries, insurance verification, and processing referrals as needed.
