Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator based in Chennai. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, maintain high standards of professionalism during patient interactions, and ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. This role also involves coordinating care plans, assisting patients in understanding their treatment processes, and providing necessary medical guidance and support throughout their healthcare journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and knowledge of Phone Etiquette
- Experience in Care Coordination, ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and practices
- Ability to provide empathetic and efficient Patient Care
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related experience in healthcare or customer service
- Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage
