Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Assistant for an on-site role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, monitoring and recording vital signs, assisting patients with daily activities, and ensuring their comfort. The role also involves effective communication with patients, families, and medical staff to deliver exceptional care while supporting the emotional needs of patients.

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and understanding of basic medical protocols
• Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Direct Patient Care
• Experience in monitoring and recording Vital Signs
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Empathy, reliability, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in home healthcare settings is a plus
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant or similar program preferred
