Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Calling position in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry, located in Mohali district. The responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing patient queries, outreach to patients for confirmations or updates, and scheduling and communicating about appointments. Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or customer service roles is an added advantage
