We are seeking a dedicated Patient Caller to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders and inquiries, while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients to remind them of their appointments
- Gather and update patient information in the database
- Answer patient inquiries and provide information about services
- Assist in managing patient follow-up calls and scheduling
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
- Ability to handle patient queries professionally
