The Group has also established an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) facility in Gurugram to provide comprehensive avionics maintenance and repair services to Indian airlines and support the growth of the local aviation industry.

PROFILE:

You graduated with a Master of Engineering or Computer Science or in University, and have great experience in your field

You are a born leader and look forward occupying a position of responsibility within a stimulating environment

You have proven dedication and willingness towards continuous improvement through practical experience, research and study, and encourage capitalisation and knowledge sharing

You are a problem-solver and love to take up challenges

You are sincerely passionate, which means that you like thinking creatively to come up with your own ideas and solutions in order to please the customer

You are proactive and show a great sense of initiative

You demonstrate interpersonal skills and foster collaborative work

COMPETENCIES:

You have substantial knowledge of System Engineering:

You have the ability to adopt a holistic approach to analyse a system, focusing on the way that a system's constituent parts interrelate and how systems work over time and within the context of larger systems

You understand the importance of requirements definition through a process using performance analysis, trade studies, constraint evaluation and cost/benefit analysis

You are able to adopt a Model Based Systems Engineering and see how it serves as a basis for architecture

You have notions of IVVQ (Integration/Verification/Validation/Qualification), R-A-M-T (Reliability/Maintainability/Availability/Testability) and associated norms & standards

You are very familiar with System Architecting requirements and associated notions, methods & processes:

Architecture Vision, Architecture, System Architecture, Technical Architecture, Opportunities & Solutions, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance, Architecture Change Management

You have knowledge of software development (testing) and know how to apply configuration management

You understand the underlying technical stakes and business strategies behind the different products and services offered by your scope

You are familiar with project management and can take hindsight to understand all the organisational processes in place

You know how to simplify and break down complex problems in order to address potential challenges and propose unique solutions

You have great communication skills:

You can interact with many different people, whatever their professional backgrounds

You are able to convey information clearly and concisely by determining which facts, details and processes are most relevant to a specific project and highlighting them
