Patent Associates are unique individuals who combine a deep knowledge of a technical area with a good understanding of Patent Law

We are looking for confident team players with strong technical and analytical skills, who can effectively manage various tasks and responsibilities and prioritize workflow in order to meet strict deadlines

This role demands a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of patent law

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools

Analyze and interpret patent specifications, technical literature, and prior art

Evaluate the patentability, validity, and infringement risks of inventions

Work closely with inventors, engineers, and legal professionals to understand the technical aspects of inventions

Prepare detailed reports summarizing patent search results and analysis

Document and maintain accurate records of patents, prior art, and analysis

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to grasp new technologies quickly

Familiarity with patent laws and regulations

Proficient in using patent databases and search tools

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or relevant B.E/B. Tech Degree with good academic record
