Job Description

We are seeking Patent Agents with atleast 3-5 years PQE to join the Patents team

Language: Excellent written and spoken command of English language is essential.

Specific Responsibilities

The role includes carrying out the following functions:

Undertaking prior art searches, FTOs and infringement searches,
Patentability opinions,
Drafting specifications,
Patent prosecution : FER analysis, preparing responses, attending to client queries, attending hearings,
Assisting Litigation team in case of Appeals and revocations.
