Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef de Partie located in Gurugram. The Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality bakery and pastry items, managing food preparation tasks, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with the culinary team, maintaining inventory, and assisting in menu innovation and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
• Strong Culinary Skills and experience in Cooking and developing pastry recipes
• Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in pastry or baking roles is advantageous
• Diploma or certification in culinary arts or a related field preferred
