Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled PAS Administrator to manage and support the Primary Application Server within a system landscape. The role involves ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and smooth functioning of application processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor the Primary Application Server (PAS)
- Handle user logins, job scheduling, and system processes
- Perform system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ensure high availability and performance of the server
- Coordinate with Basis, Infrastructure, and Application teams
- Monitor system logs and resolve production issues
- Support patching, upgrades, and deployments
Required Skills:- Strong experience in System Administration (Unix/Linux preferred)
- Good understanding of Application Server architecture (PAS)
- Experience in system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of WebLogic / Middleware
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Good to Have:- Knowledge of ETL tools (DataStage preferred)(not mandatory)
- Exposure to SAP Basis or similar enterprise systems
