Position Overview

We seek a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with in-person sales experience to support operations at our arts education center, with a focus on customer engagement and enrollment growth.

  • Employment Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week, primarily evenings)
  • Start Date:Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor greetings, inquiries, and enrollment processing.
  • Leverage in-person sales skills to promote courses, achieve enrollment targets, and build client relationships.
  • Handle scheduling, payments, student records, and event coordination.
  • Maintain organized office space and assist with administrative reporting.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated in-person sales experience (e.g., retail, customer service, or events with proven conversion results).
  • Excellent communication in English and Telugu and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Reliable, organized, with flexibility for evening shifts.
  • Interest in arts education is advantageous.
