Position Overview
We seek a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with in-person sales experience to support operations at our arts education center, with a focus on customer engagement and enrollment growth.
- Employment Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week, primarily evenings)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor greetings, inquiries, and enrollment processing.
- Leverage in-person sales skills to promote courses, achieve enrollment targets, and build client relationships.
- Handle scheduling, payments, student records, and event coordination.
- Maintain organized office space and assist with administrative reporting.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated in-person sales experience (e.g., retail, customer service, or events with proven conversion results).
- Excellent communication in English and Telugu and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Reliable, organized, with flexibility for evening shifts.
- Interest in arts education is advantageous.
