Role Description
The position of Parts Officer at Gmmco Ltd. is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, ensuring efficient procurement of parts, managing orders and stock levels, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise. The Parts Officer will develop relationships with clients, ensure timely delivery of products, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in communicating with clients, resolving their queries, and providing technical support.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of construction or mining equipment and engines is an advantage.
- Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and effectively collaborate in a team environment.
