Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing enterprise partnerships to drive customer acquisition for ZET Card
  • Build strong long-term relationships with enterprise partners and act as the primary point of contact
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and scale high-potential partner segments Work closely with partners to improve onboarding journeys, acquisition funnels, and conversion metrics
  • Conduct regular business reviews and share performance insights and growth recommendations with partners
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to improve partner performance and customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Partnerships, Business Development, or Key Account Management
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, onboarding, and conversion optimization Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a data-driven and ownership-oriented mindse
