- Own and drive end-to-end execution of partnerships from onboarding to go-live

2. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to drive execution
- Align internal teams and partners on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive resolution
3. Documentation & Process Excellence
- Oversee and ensure completeness of BRDs, SOPs, API documentation, and operational playbooks
- Ensure all compliance and legal documentation is executed and up to date
- Establish structured communication and reporting mechanisms
4. Post Go-Live & Growth Management
- Monitor partner performance and ensure operational stability post go-live
- Drive resolution of integration or operational issues with urgency
- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion (new products, flows, limits, or use cases)
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, fintech, program management, or payments/lending ecosystems
- Strong understanding of lenders, NBFCs, and payment ecosystems (PGs, APIs, integrations)
- Proven ability to own and drive cross-functional execution
