Position - Partnership Program Manager, Hospital Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Management
- Drive ZEISS Vision Partner Plus Program in Hospital Retail Channel.
- End to End Ownership of Program (Identify, Onboard, Manage Customers)
- Track, analyze, and communicate key business metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, and projecting future performance.
Team Leadership & Development
- Train, and motivate a team of sales representatives on the program to effectively execute the program
- Conduct periodical check-ins with the sales team to set objectives, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
- Efficient in recruiting in-store sales employees to support the partner hospital
Strengthen the program
- Understand the customer needs & offer relevant solutions there by strengthening the program
Distribution Network
- Appoint & Manage Network of Distributors across India, who will be executing the program
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company quotas, standards, and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
Education - UG in any Stream ( MBA is preferred)
Experience - 7+ Years of Exp in Sales (Retail is Preferred)/ Business Development.
