We are looking for a high-ownership Partnership Manager who can independently build and close institutional partnerships and drive a minimum of 300 student enrollments within 30 days from colleges, universities, and schools.

Role Overview

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for onboarding educational institutions for Umamicasa's AI Training Program and ensuring strong student participation. This is a performance-driven, commission-only role, ideal for professionals who thrive on ownership, persistence, and end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and educational ins

titutions

Drive a minimum enrollment of 300 students within 30 days through institutional partnerships

Own the complete partnership lifecycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, closure, and follow-ups

Clearly communicate the value proposition of Umamicasa's AI Training Program to academic stakeholders

Manage multiple institutional accounts and build long-term relationships

Coordinate internally to align program delivery, schedules, and assessments

Track enrollments and ensure successful conversion of all enrolled students

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: 24 years in B2B sales or partnerships with schools, colleges, or uni

versities

Mandatory experience building long-term partnerships in the education, EdTech, or corporate training sector

Proven track record of institutional partnership development

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language

Based in Delhi and comfortable with frequent on-ground meetings

Highly proactive and capable of working independently without supervision

Strong problem-solving mindset with a never-give-up attitude

Compensation Structure

20% commission on total revenue generated from enrolled students, aligned with defined targets
