Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager Partnerships who can identify, build, and scale high-quality, premium partnerships that elevate the airport journey and strengthen Hoi's positioning as a luxury-first platform.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and deep familiarity with the travel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard premium travel, lifestyle, financial, and brand partners aligned with Hoi's positioning
- Build long-term partnerships focused on experience creation, not transactional discounts
- Work closely with airports, F&B, retail, lounges, and service partners to design exclusive offerings
- Drive partnership negotiations, commercials, and onboarding end-to-end
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to ensure seamless execution
- Track partnership performance and continuously optimize for value, quality, and engagement
Who We're Looking For
- 45 years of experience in the travel industry (mandatory)
- Prior experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or strategic roles
- Exposure to airports, airlines, OTAs, hospitality, lounges, or premium travel brands is a strong plus
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and premium brand partners
- Ability to think strategically while executing independently
