About the Role

As Manager Partnerships, you will own and scale strategic relationships across the Payments ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and product enablement, driving revenue growth by onboarding, managing, and expanding payment partnerships that matter.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how fintech deals are born, negotiated, integrated, and grown and enjoys turning relationships into revenue engines

What You Will do

  • Identify, onboard, and manage PA/PG partnerships to drive merchant acquisition and transaction volumes
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Merchant, aggregators, and payment partners
  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and post-launch growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, and Ops to ensure smooth integrations
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and revenue-sharing models
  • Track partnership performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for growth and profitability
  • Stay updated on payments and regulatory trends to identify new opportunities

What you will need

  • 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, PA/PG sales, or payment solutions
  • Strong understanding of payments ecosystem: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, settlement flows, MDR, etc.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to measure partnership success
  • Self-starter attitude with ownership mindset and deal-closing hunger
