About This Role
We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to build and scale our HRMS partnership ecosystem. This role exists to generate qualified pipeline through strategic partnerships and to turn partner relationships into consistent go-to-market momentum.
You'll work closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Product to define how we engage partners, activate joint GTM motions, and ensure partnerships translate into measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Partner Pipeline Ownership
- Build and manage a partnerships-driven pipeline aligned to company revenue priorities
- Identify, onboard, and activate HRMS partners that create consistent deal flow
- Track partner-sourced opportunities and ensure steady progression through the sales cycle
- Improve partner contribution by refining enablement, engagement, and collaboration models
GTM Execution with Partners
- Develop joint go-to-market plans with HRMS partners
- Align campaigns and outbound efforts with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams
- Drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives that increase visibility and opportunity creation
- Ensure Product alignment to support integrations, positioning, and joint value propositions
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage senior-level relationships across partner organizations
- Act as the primary point of contact for key HRMS partners
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders
- Resolve escalations and remove blockers to maintain strong partner trust
Strategy & Planning
- Define partner segmentation and engagement strategies
- Evaluate partnership performance and refine approach based on outcomes
- Contribute to overall partnerships strategy aligned with company goals
What We're Looking For
- 79 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development
- Demonstrated experience managing HRMS partnerships
- Track record of delivering partner-driven pipeline in previous organizations
- Strong relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Clear ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Product teams
