About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing, global SaaS company in the MarTech space has a strong SMB & Mid-market customer base across international markets. The company enables brands to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through a robust, data-driven marketing technology platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships across the US and EMEA regions. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through technology, agency, and ecosystem partnerships.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create scalable partner-led growth channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners across the US and EMEA (agencies, system integrators, tech platforms, affiliates, channel partners).
  • Develop and execute partnership strategy aligned with international growth objectives.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
  • Build strong executive-level relationships within partner organizations.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and GTM plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to co-sell and close enterprise deals.
  • Design enablement programs to activate and scale partners.
  • Track KPIs including pipeline contribution, revenue impact, partner engagement, and ROI.
  • Represent the company at global events, webinars, and industry forums.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 712 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales in SaaS / MarTech / AdTech.
  • Strong exposure to US and/or EMEA markets.
  • Experience working with global agencies, CRM platforms, CDPs, marketing automation tools, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage global stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
