Responsibilities

• Partnership Management: Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the Health Renewal partnership to ensure business continuity and alignment with strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with key internal teams and external partners to streamline execution, resolve operational bottlenecks, and enhance performance.
• Growth & Strategy: Identify strategic opportunities to expand current business partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Maintain hands-on involvement with tracking metrics, analyzing operational data using MS Excel, and delivering performance reports to leadership.
• Problem Solving & Execution: Navigate complex operational challenges in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely resolution and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA (Mandatory)
• Total Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in Partnership Management or Business Development.
• Preferred Industry Background: Insurance, Fintech, FMCG, EdTech, or Tourism.
