About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Social Media Partnerships Manager to drive impactful brand collaborations, influencer marketing initiatives, and client success within our Affiliates Business. This role will bridge social media strategy, influencer engagement, and partner monetisation playing a crucial role in brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Social Media & Influencer Partnerships
- Build and manage strong relationships with influencers and affiliate partners.
- Identify and onboard content creators and social voices aligned with brand goals across categories like fashion, health, home dcor, beauty, etc.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute impactful influencer campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
2. Client Engagement & Campaign Management
- Act as the point of contact for clients, managing expectations, feedback, and performance reporting.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective influencer and digital strategies.
- Drive repeat business by consistently exceeding KPIs and delivering campaign ROI.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, content, and design teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Uploading videos to our internal Youtube channels, adding product links, etc.
- Establish and enforce SOPs for campaign management, reporting, and client service.
- Resolve operational roadblocks and proactively improve workflow efficiency.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), and partner dashboards.
- Develop insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
- Present post-campaign performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media partnerships, or client servicing.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale campaigns across brands like Flipkart, Swiggy, Zepto, or Nykaa.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in affiliate marketing and monetisation-driven influencer campaigns.
- Exposure to brand marketing through digital platforms such as Amazon, Inshorts, and Bobble AI.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a growth-focused mindset.
- Recognised for performance (e.g., Budding Star Award or similar accolades).
