HR Operations specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR operations in the Indian job market context.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee benefits and compliance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations in the Indian job market context
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data management
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
