Role Overview:
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our broker and insurer partnerships for inbound business, as well as the management of our vendor network. This role is pivotal in scaling and managing to ensure consistent deal flow to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Relationship Nurturing: Proactively manage and grow relationships with key insurance brokers and insurers to secure consistent inbound B2B lead flow.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver training and enablement materials (product knowledge, sales collateral) to broker partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to position and sell Even Healthcare's solutions.
- Market Feedback Integration: Act as the voice of the partner ecosystem, gathering feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and product gaps to inform internal strategy and product development.
- Strategic Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential new healthcare providers (polyclinics, specialized practitioners, diagnostic centers, etc)
- Negotiate Partnership Agreements, contracts, and pricing structures (fee schedules) to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms for the company.
- Relationship Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, fostering strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Network Operations, or Strategic Sourcing, within Insurance
- Prior work experience in corporate insurance broking
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and fee-for-service agreements
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
