The Role

Ctruh is hiring a Partnerships Lead to drive high-impact, strategic partnerships across tech platforms, creative agencies, 3D/XR ecosystems, commerce platforms, and community networks.

This role blends business development, ecosystem strategy, community building, partner marketing, and relationship-led growth.

You will open doors at global tech companies, build creative and enterprise alliances, develop city-level creator communities, and translate partnerships into measurable revenue.

This is a transformational role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship building.

What Youll Own

  • Big Tech & Platform Partnerships

Leverage existing relationships with Meta, Google, NVIDIA, Apple, Microsoft, AWS, and others.

Navigate partner programs, accelerators, and ecosystem initiatives.

Negotiate co-marketing, co-innovation, and joint GTM initiatives.

Secure featured placements, platform spotlights, and case studies.

Build senior-level relationships and drive long-term strategic alignment.

Access developer programs, funding credits, and technical support.

Coordinate with global partner managers and BD teams.

  • Creative Agency & Studio Partnerships

Build alliances with WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, and top independent studios.

Develop training, certification, and co-marketing programs for agencies.

Partner with 3D artists, motion designers, creative collectives, and XR studios.

Integrate Ctruh into major brand campaigns through agency partnerships.

Create flagship showcases with agencies building cutting-edge immersive experiences.

  • E-commerce & Platform Partnerships

Build integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce.

Collaborate with marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).

Partner with D2C enablement platforms and headless commerce providers.

Build alliances with analytics, marketing, and payment platforms.

Achieve app marketplace acceptance, verification, and featured placements.

  • Community Building & City Chapters

Launch 3D/XR creator chapters across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and more.

Organize meetups, workshops, hackathons, demo days, and flagship creator events.

Build online communities across Discord, Telegram, and social platforms.

Develop student ambassador programs across top design and engineering colleges.

Partner with coworking spaces, incubators, and design networks.

  • Industry & Vertical Partnerships

Partner with retail associations, e-commerce bodies, and fashion/furniture/auto industry groups.

Engage with trade shows (NRF, Shoptalk) and domain-specific networks.

Build academic partnerships with NID, NIFT, Srishti, MIT-ID, and others.

  • Technology Ecosystem Partnerships

Collaborate with Blender Foundation, Autodesk, Adobe, and 3D asset marketplaces.

Partner with Unity, Unreal Engine, and immersive ecosystem players.

Build integrations with AI/ML, generative AI, and cloud infrastructure providers.

Engage with AR/VR hardware manufacturers and spatial computing platforms.

  • Co-Marketing & Ecosystem Development

Run joint webinars, podcasts, research reports, and content collaborations.

Lead partner newsletters, communication programs, and community engagement.

Build partner portals, resource hubs, and certification programs.

Organize partner summits, creator conferences, and national-level events.

Secure speaking opportunities at tier-1 industry events.

  • Product & Strategic Collaboration

Feed partner insights into product and GTM planning.

Manage beta programs and pilot implementations with strategic partners.

Build lighthouse case studies with marquee partners.

Support integrations, technical escalations, and collaboration workflows.

Partnership Categories You Will Build:

  • Tier 1 Strategic Tech Partners

Meta, Google, NVIDIA, Apple, Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, Unity, Epic Games.

  • Creative Network Partners

WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, independent agencies, 3D collectives, motion design studios.

  • Community & Grassroots

City-level XR/3D chapters, colleges, design schools, Discord groups, startup communities.

  • Distribution & Platform Partners

Commerce platforms, CMS systems, CDNs, digital experience platforms, system integrators.

What Were Looking For

  • Must-Haves

710+ years in partnerships, BD, strategic alliances, or ecosystem development.

Strong existing relationships within Meta, Google, NVIDIA, Apple, Microsoft, AWS, or similar.

Proven ability to generate measurable revenue (5Cr+ influenced/closed).

Experience partnering with creative agencies or studios.

Strong community-building background.

Ability to build relationships with C-level and senior executives.

Experience structuring complex commercial agreements.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-starter with experience building functions from zero.

  • Highly Desirable

Direct networks inside AR/XR, 3D, or immersive technology ecosystems.

Experience running multi-city community programs or hackathons.

Industry background in 3D, AR/VR, gaming, e-commerce, or martech.

Track record with major creative agencies.

Previous experience at tech platforms, agencies, or high-growth startups.

Strong presence in 3D/XR creator communities.

Understanding of 3D pipelines and creative workflows.

MBA or equivalent strategic experience.

You are someone whose network picks up your call. Youve built meaningful relationships across Big Tech, creative agencies, and product ecosystems. You know how to turn introductions into strategic alliances and meetings into long-term business.

You understand the creative worldagencies, studios, designers, 3D artists - and know how they operate, collaborate, and create. Youre equally comfortable talking tech with Meta or NVIDIA as you are discussing creative workflows with agency directors.

Youre a natural community builder. Youve run meetups, nurtured creator groups, or built grassroots initiatives. You know what it takes to energize a community and keep them engaged.

You think strategically and execute with speed. You can map out a year-long ecosystem plan and also send 20 high-value emails before lunch. You move fast, build relationships deeply, and close deals confidently.

Your reputation precedes you. People in tech and creative circles know you, respect you, and collaborate with you. Youre the kind of person people call when something big needs to happen.
