About The Role
We're looking for a Partnerships Growth Manager. This role aimed at onboarding and scaling online & offline partner networks including trading coaches, community admins, finance creators, and franchise partners.
In this role, you will own end-to-end lifecycle management of company's Partner: outreach onboarding activation performance retention.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard online & offline partners
- Expand partner network
- Handle partner onboarding, KYC & agreements
- Track performance: users, activation, brokerage
- Drive partner activation & recurring engagement
- Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product & Finance teams
What We're Looking For (Skills And Experience)
- Experience in offline partnerships / franchisee relationships / channel sales (2-5 years)
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and build trust in business relationships
- Understanding of trading/brokerage ecosystem (preferred)
- Willingness for on-ground engagement: partner visits, events, meetups
- Comfortable with field activity & travel
