This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Partnerships & Events Lead at Zyva Chime Pvt. Ltd. The role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying collaboration opportunities with clients, vendors, and influencers. The selected individual will oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, liaise with internal and external teams, and ensure all events align with the company's goals and quality standards.

• Experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to cultivate and expand collaborative opportunities.
• Strong Sales and Analytical Skills to identify growth opportunities and assess performance metrics effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Ability to manage event planning and coordination with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proven track record in corporate event management or business development roles is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic project management software, a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a relevant field.
